Please join us again this spring and summer as we volunteer for seven Aeros baseball games. We work behind the concession stand and have a blast. This year our proceeds will benefit Trinity's Operating Fund. All games start at 7:05 p.m. and workers need to be at the stadium by 5:30 p.m. to start cooking. Any volunteers need to be at least 16 years old, and we need about 12-14 workers for each game. Sign-up sheets are in the lobby. If you have any questions, please contact Kelly Thomas.

Looking for something fun to do? Want to get outside? Got any spare time? We'd like to get the grounds of Trinity spruced up. We still have weeds that need to be pulled and mulch to spread out. If you can come help at any time on your own, please do so. Thanks for your help, and we appreciate all of the great work that has already been done!

With our two vocalists heading back to college, we are looking for several talented people to replace them and work into the rotation starting this fall. If you are interested, please come to one of the Praise Team practices, held every Saturday at 9:00 a.m., to see what it is all about, and to get a trial run in a Sunday service. Attention all high school, college or vocational school graduates! We would like to feature your accomplishments in the June Trends. Please pick up a form in the lobby, fill it out, and return it to Carol Warner by June 1. Thank you, and congratulations!

The Leadership Team approved emergency funding to replace the lift station after repeated breakdowns of the old system. The new system has a higher capacity and additional equipment to handle the needs of the church. The only other alternative was to connect directly to the North Canton City system, which is cost-prohibitive for the foreseeable future. Work was completed by Humbert Sanitary Services.

Stephanie Cope, vocalist with our Praise Team, has been selected to participate with "The West Virginians", the 12-member premier vocal touring ensemble of Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, West Virginia. She was one of only four 2008-2009 freshmen offered a position, and the only freshman girl. The performance contract includes full tuition for the academic year. Members are selected based on their talents as musicians, their ability to present the wide variety of musical literature required by this group, their moral character, and their capacity to perform within the mission of the ensemble.

Construction of the Pavilion has finished! We will have a combined service outdoors in the pavilion to dedicate it sometime soon. Any groups who would like to schedule use of the pavilion for events, please contact the church office.
